Chapter 6

Nutrition Based on the Garden of Eden

The 3rd Key Principle, “Full Spectrum Nutrition,” is a critical component of both cancer prevention and treatment. Depending on the foods eaten, they can either be a source of healing or toxicity. Healthy, medicinal foods include fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods, while poisonous, toxic foods include genetically-modified, nutrient-depleted foods full of pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones. To overcome the information overload on nutrition, we developed the Garden Food Plan® to provide a dietary framework to our patients about foods conducive to healing. Because the best nutrition for your body most resembles what our ancestors ate, this Plan incorporates foods as we envision them available in the Garden of Eden. The Garden Food Plan outlines foods that contain natural, cancer-fighting ingredients while also providing guidelines on which foods to minimize or avoid altogether.

Healing from cancer isn’t just about removing a tumor or cancer cells. It’s about resolving the underlying factors that caused disease in the first place, and restoring your body, soul and spirit, using the 7 Key Principles of Cancer Therapy.
